Orders are processed daily during business hours.
Same-day delivery may be available depending on order time and product availability.
Delivery times may vary during holidays, busy periods, or due to weather conditions.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or unavailable recipients.

Refund & Returns Policy
At Flowers Symphony, customer satisfaction is important to us.
Because flowers are perishable products, refunds or returns are only accepted in the following cases:
• The order arrived damaged
• Wrong product was delivered
• Delivery was not completed due to our mistake
Customers must contact us within 24 hours after delivery and provide photos of the issue.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within several business days after approval.
Customized bouquets and same-day deliveries are generally non-refundable unless there is a quality issue.
